ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATE

Through the commitment of management and employees, we got ISO 9001:2001 Certificate, which confirming the development of the already used Quality System in the area of designing and producing. This certification was conducted in accordance with TÜV CERT auditing and certification procedures is subject to regular surveillance audits.

New internall oleat system for aluminum flagpoles

Alumast Company, as a result of projects in our engineering department, has started to produce anew version of the internal cleat system for aluminum flagpoles with internal halyard. It will be used in sectional EKO and PRO flagpoles and also in conical flagpoles with an internal halyard system. The main advantages of this are: durable construction, easy installation (it does not have to be screwed to the flagpole), installed from outside of flagpole - blocking itself after it is pushed inside the flagpole, weatherproof, unfailing - construction of this solution eliminates the flag dropping while using the cleat, hard wearing - of the system and all elements which could lead to abrasion of the rope, roll installed over the cleat allows smooth sliding of the rope lifetime guarantee for the Alumast rope working on our new internal system.

New configuration of flagpoles for sectional ECO and PRO flagpoles

In order to improve efficiency and quality of our production, Company Alumast set a new configuration of pipes for aluminum flagpoles. This configuration allows us to have universal pipes in stock (the same pipes will be used in ECO and PRO version of flagpoles but in different configuration- you can see the details in the table below). Main advantages are: - shorter time needed to realize your orders (we will have fewer pipes with different diameters to store, so there will be many more pipes in stock which we can use to produce your flagpoles, no matter if it is ECO or PRO) - lower transport costs (we can put one pipe into the other so you will need less space on the truck) - easier transport (fewer packages) - quick and easy installation (when taking one pipe from the other you already have them in correct order) - every offered base will fit each flagpole (we had different types of ground sleeve for PRO and ECO flagpoles, now there will be one type of sleeve)

Universal rotating socket

Alumast company, based on analysis and research in technical department, has designed and started to produce a new rotating socket made of plastic. This universal rotating socket can be used in most versions of Alumast flagpoles. It can be used in Standard, Super, Super Windtracker and Banner version in both, fibreglass and aluminium type (sectional and conical). The new socket is reliable, easy to install and what is more important, resistant to the weather.
